Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to start a return Log in to your customer account at orders link and select the order you wish to return. If you checked out using only a phone number, use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Refund Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the full amount including the standard outbound shipping cost. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 days using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Return shipping You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
