Terms of service

Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases made at gullidesir.com from Gulli Désir AB, company registration number 559569-4950, VAT number SE559569495001.

Prices and payment
All prices are shown in euro and include Swedish VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout and shown before you complete your order. We accept card payments and Klarna. Payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Orders
Your order is binding once payment is completed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. If an item is unavailable or a price is incorrect, we will contact you and you may cancel the order with a full refund.

Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and in our shipping policy. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the customer's responsibility.

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To withdraw, use the "Ångra köp / Cancel purchase" function on our website, or contact us at hello@gullidesir.com.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached, in a condition that allows them to be resold. The customer pays the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked service.

We will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or proof that it has been sent.

Faulty items
If an item is faulty or does not match its description, you have the right to complain under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. Contact us at hello@gullidesir.com with your order number and photographs, and we will cover return shipping and offer repair, replacement or a refund.

Disputes
If we cannot resolve a dispute, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), www.arn.se. We follow ARN's recommendations. Consumers in other EU countries may contact the European Consumer Centre in their country.

Governing law
Swedish law applies to these terms.
