Where we ship
We currently ship to Sweden, Denmark, Finland, the European Union and Australia. We are working on adding more destinations.
Processing time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. During launches, processing may take slightly longer — we will always let you know.

Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us at hello@gullidesir.com and we will help you trace it.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or uncollected, we can reship it once you have paid the new shipping cost.
